Sheoppard en frontispice, page de titre, quarante feuilles de recettes, feuille « the order for bill of fare » (ordre des plats), feuille d’index et huit planches gravées, dont trois sont dépliantes. Toutes les feuilles sont imprimées uniquement au recto. Chaque feuille est en fait une gravure sur cuivre.
